Education and training of CerVirVac staff is one of the key activities aimed at improving the expertise of our team, with special emphasis on doctoral students and researchers. By expanding the scope to include scientists, clinicians, students, project managers, and other staff, the activity promotes continuous learning and professional development. It has been carefully designed to strengthen research capacities and develop translational skills.
In its scope and strategic importance, the activity contributes to strengthening the capacity to conduct state-of-the-art research through the development of researchers’ skills, especially among young researchers, and their training in establishing and developing collaborations. This includes participation in joint project applications, short-term visits, and summer schools within the network of partner institutions. In this way, co-mentoring programmes are further strengthened and an interdisciplinary approach is encouraged. At the same time, emphasis on technology transfer, intellectual property protection, marketing, and biopharmaceutical development contributes to greater readiness for the transfer of knowledge and results into practice.
In conclusion, this activity is designed as a foundation for continuous learning, and the strategic strengthening of research potential, thereby creating the prerequisites for new collaborations, effective knowledge transfer, and further advancement of CerVirVac’s research capacities.
