Horizontal activities within CerVirVac are focused on promoting gender equality, accessibility, and inclusion. The project promotes gender equality within the team and in leadership positions, and ensures infrastructure adaptations for people with mobility impairments, including the installation of elevators, inclined platform lifts, and adapted entrances.
All activities are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and EU principles of equality and non-discrimination. The aim is to create an inclusive, safe, and accessible environment for all employees, students, and users, ensuring independence and equal access to all spaces.
